The team combines over 20 years of experience in the Commercial Property industry with a specific specialism in acting for occupiers of all shapes and sizes to help acquire premises from 3 months up to 10 years plus.

Marcus Hayes

Marcus benefits from over 10 years commercial property experience having acted for landlords and tenants alike, major corporates and SMEs.

Marcus’s true passion is tenant representation and assisting businesses execute their real estate strategy.

To this end Marcus worked for Cushman & Wakefield cause effect essay topics for 6 years, where he helped run the National Occupier Group acting for local, regional, national and international corporates. In 2014 Marcus set up his own consultancy business before co-launching BOSS in 2015.

BOSS do not act for any landlords and as such remain completely impartial and act solely and exclusively for our occupier clients.

Outside of the office Marcus is obsessed with Sport and would love to meet you on the golf course or squash court to discuss any potential property requirements, ideally followed by a nice glass of something red!

Dan McLeod

Dan benefits from over 5 years commercial property experience with specialist expertise in the serviced office industry. Dan has advised all forms of businesses from SMEs to major corporates and his prime focus has been the major UK Cities.

Dan is passionate about helping occupiers and working tenaciously to complete deals by liaising tirelessly between all parties.

To this end Dan worked for Officebroker.com for over 4 years, where he held a senior role as National Sales consultant.

Outside the office Dan is obsessed with Sport, especially football and would love to meet you pitch-side / pre or post-match to discuss any potential property requirements, ideally followed by a nice pint of something cold!
